Growing up in Florida, Rachel was captivated by weather—especially the power, science, and stories behind hurricanes. That lifelong curiosity led her to earn her meteorology degree in 2013.

Her path also took her into cybersecurity and information technology, where she built a career protecting critical systems and the people who depend on them. Today, Rachel brings those worlds together: sharing trustworthy weather science while helping secure the technology that will empower future generations of weather nerds.
